OMAP TOOLS SaS has been manufacturing accessories for machine tools since 1970. What began as a small machine shop was quickly transformed into a manufacturer of brand-name Collets and Toolholders DIN 69871 and DIN 2080 with an international clientele.During the nineties, due to the needs of their clients and due to radical technical advancements, OMAP TOOLS was able to broaden its range of products to include the new generation of Collet Chucks HSK DIN 69893 in its various forms of A/E/F and Driven Tools adaptable for existing CNC Machine Centers. Already well-known in the metalworking industry, OMAP TOOLS is currently and successfully making its name known in the woodworking industry with innovative products such as Angular Driven Tools and HSK Tool Holders.

Certified Production Cycle

Research and Development

Formulate Production Order indicating the following:

• Work Cycle

• Set-up of the Machine Tool

• Work Station with name of operator

• Type of Steel with chemical analysis

The Work Cycle is tracked by a computerized system which records all data necessary for the job.

Testing and Inspection
Certification of each item , marked with job number for subsequent control.

Certification has been developed so as to be able to continuously verify the production phase and the name of the operator working on the job.
